Liability Statement:

By registering for the Snowmobile Track with Snowmobile Riding Sibiu, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risks:

• You acknowledge being fully aware of the dangers associated with (Enduro/Off Road driving) motorcycling on and outside surfaced routes, specifically on the Snowmobile Track.
• Risks include driving along canyons, past trees/shrubs, encountering deep holes, potential wildlife encounters, and the possibility of oncoming vehicles such as agricultural vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, and other motorcyclists.
• Participation in the trip takes place entirely at your own risk.

Release of Liability:

• You agree that neither Snowmobile Riding Sibiu nor its representatives, deputies, or third parties engaged by Snowmobile Riding Sibiu are liable for personal accidents, property damage, financial loss, or any other (damaging) situations during the Snowmobile Tracks.
• Snowmobile Riding Sibiu is not responsible for the behavior of other participants or third parties, as well as for traffic conditions.

Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants must strictly observe instructions given by or on behalf of Snowmobile Riding Sibiu.
• Participants shall abide by traffic rules and comply with the rules of the group.
• Participants shall not cause harm through their behavior to others or the environment.
• Participants must be sufficiently healthy for the Snowmobile Track and meet the demands of the tour.
• Participants must possess a valid driving license and adequate insurance.
• Participants are solely responsible for wearing appropriate protective clothing.

Assumption of Risk Acknowledgment:

• Participants understand that their participation involves a degree of risk.
• Participants confirm that neither the organizers of the Snowmobile Track nor any related companies are to be blamed if injuries occur.
• In the event of causing damage to anyone else or their property, participants agree to take full responsibility.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

• Participants confirm being 18 years or older and having read the Liability Statement.
• Participants fully understand the terms of the statement, acknowledging that they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue.
• Participants acknowledge that they are signing the agreement freely and voluntarily.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants ensure their understanding and acceptance of the risks associated with the Snowmobile Track, absolving Snowmobile Riding Sibiu and related entities from liability.
